      房東 : 如果有訪客(房客)瀏覽房屋物件及留言或是發問問題時，系統會發送電子郵件告知房東有新的留言。

      訪客(房客) : 訪客若以黑族會員的身份登入並留言或發問，當問題被房東回覆時，系統亦會發送電子郵件告知訪客的留言已被回覆，若沒有登入以會員的身份發問時，因為系統不知道是何人留言，所以將不會收到回覆通知。
