(一)熱鹽水泡腳,趕走感冒

感冒的症狀令人十分難受,因此,在感冒初期症狀尚輕的時候,應該把握時機,用如下方法自我治療。

◎首先在盆內裝些溫熱的水,把雙腳浸在水中,然後加入一些鹽,並且徐徐加入較熱的水、泡到泛紅並且流汗為止。擦乾變腳後,穿上襪子溫暖,並且充分休息即可。

◎只要感冒不是很嚴重,通常可以治癒。

(二)幫助入睡又可美容的祕方

每到天冷時,妳是否也有手腳冰冷很難入睡的情形呢?!
在此,我提供一個既可幫助入睡又可美容的秘方,這個秘方是我姨媽去做腳底按摩的大師告訴她的方法,其實很簡單,那就是,每天睡前用熱水泡腳。

要特別注意的有兩點:

(1)熱水的水溫要到妳能忍耐的極限,就是說越熱越好。
(2)水位的高度是要到小腿的3/2處才有效。

換句話說,當妳泡腳後,要看到自己的腳好像穿了一雙淺紅色中統襪一樣,水溫要夠熱,大師的說法是,這種方法因為加速血液循環,所以不但讓人很好入睡,長期泡下來還具有美容的功效哦!

還有!泡完擦乾後,記得抹上保養油,穿上小襪襪, 等到夏天來臨,妳就有一雙細皮嫩肉的玉腳,穿上涼鞋,保證美美的!!

當然,妳若嫌天天泡很麻煩,建議一週至少泡2次,別忘了!
